S.P.O.T.'s Emergency Boarding Assistance is financial assistance only for the person needing care for their pet(s) while they are in transition due to personal issues that need immediate attention. However, our emergency boarding funds are limited by our budget for each year.

Verification of Need

 

We require verification of need from a social service agent, health professional, or law enforcement. If approved, the pet owner will need to find a licensed boarding facility willing to board their pet(s).

 

S.P.O.T. will contact the business and confirm the amount of assistance we will offer. Any fees beyond the assistance provided are the obligation of the pet owner.

S.P.O.T. does not provide temporary foster homes for owned pets.
