You may have seen the Bissell commercials on TV with Cathy Bissell showing a product to help with pet hair. What you may not know is that Cathy is an animal lover and advocate to help save America's homeless animals.  She recognized this overwhelming need and established the BISSELL Pet Foundation in 2011.  The foundations mission is to help reduce the number of animals in shelters and rescues through pet adoption, spay/neuter programs, micro-chipping, foster care, and emergency response by providing grants. S.P.O.T. is proud to be a partner with the Bissell Foundation and hopes to receive grant funding to support our efforts to save homeless pets.
